There is nothing conventional about LeBear. 

 

This realization comes quickly, as you stand on your own private deck and find yourself taken aback by the millions of sparkles from the sun shining on the lake. You’ll realize it when you experience a special kind of quiet and serenity that is specific only to the Leelanau Peninsula. LeBear stands apart from the rest – not just with its exceptional residences, amenities, and location – but because it has that je ne sais quoi quality, the wordless feeling that you’ve discovered a secret piece of heaven on earth. 

 

Eleven of the fourteen residences at LeBear are available for short-term rental stays. Each of the 2,500-square-foot residences have similar layouts and high-end amenities, including two bedrooms and a private study, two and a half bathrooms, a full-size gourmet kitchen, jetted bathtub, and private deck overlooking Lake Michigan. The majority of LeBear’s residences were renovated in 2019 with elegant furnishings that evoke the Northern Michigan spirit. 

 

Rentals are available year-round, depending on availability. Pets are not allowed. Please note that during the summer, LeBear requires seven-night minimum stays, beginning and ending on Fridays. The remaining months have adjusted nightly minimum stay requirements between two and five nights.
